You are eligible for a replacement.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue

📦 Important:

  • We will process a replacement only after receiving the original product back
  • An unboxing video is strongly recommended for faster and smoother claim processing

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible (damage/wrong item), we will provide a replacement instead.


Refunds
