- Share clear photos/videos of the issue

- We will process a replacement only after receiving the original product back
- An unboxing video is strongly recommended for faster and smoother claim processing
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible (damage/wrong item), we will provide a replacement instead.
Refunds
